The staff were simply best and they had amazing beds. Hotel was spotless. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from coal harbour. I went to a lovely restaurant and enjoyed the Korean dishes.

I enjoyed staff and food. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a couch, partial water views plus a lovely view. Pool was nice and there was a very nice restaurant on site. The hotel was hip new, but I stayed for 1 night only.

Beds were too soft in this place.

With the help of the outstanding staff, we had a really really nice stay. Clean and excellent accom with perfect location next to Coal Harbour as well as subway stations. They placed us in a double room which was amazing and non-smoking. Very tasty breakfast, terrific service...

The staff were ADORABLE, fabulous food served for breakfast. This was my 2nd stay, they offered guest room. Great service here. A beautiful beach, marvellous view.

Suitable place for shopping, recommended. I loved the functional-style building, incredibly comfortable room. I slept so comfy in the spacious bed. Staff seemed INFORMATIVE making your stay nice. Incredible location, 5 minutes' walk to olympic cauldron.

We loved staying here, the breakfast was complimentary. Splendid view, a great balcony, really nice bed, too. Downtown Vancouver district was worth exploring. There was a nice garden in the hotel.

The rooms were magnificent and magnificent, the food was good. The staff was impeccable, excellent service. Roof top bar was busy. It was an exceptional time staying at this extremely convenient hotel.

quick check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was very professional. impeccable and immaculate room, stylish bathroom. the views were absolutely fabulous from the window.
